The Real Deal

It wouldn’t be right to hold a Music Festival in Walla Walla and NOT feature some local talent. And Wallapalooza was fortunate to get the best from our fair city. Exactly what they claim to be, The Real Deal (formerly known as Gary Winston and Pocket Change) has recently retooled itself and is ready to hit the streets with a style and level of talent most regional bands only dream of. Guitarist / vocalist Gary Winston leads the charge with the strong guitar work and soulful vocals. The Blues News writes, "If Otis could have played the guitar, he would have been Gary Winston." New "dealers" guitarist Corbin King (late of The Fray and Mr. Blue) and percussionist extraordinare Robert Parrish only add to the already solid artists that have thrilled regional audiences for years. Now, The Real Deal is ready to take the next step and is sure to land atop the Pacific Northwest "A-list" of club and festival heavyweights.
