If you can connect to the Internet but you cannot surf, and you have Defender Pro Internet Security software installed on your computer, follow these steps:
1. double-click on the DP icon in the system tray 2. click on settings(by the green check mark) 3. click Firewall (located on the left hand side) 4. find the two firewalls enabled (on the right hand side) 5. disable the second one 6. click Apply 7. close Defender Pro.Try again to surf. These steps should solve your connectivity problem.
