1. Open your Outlook Express and click on Tools> Options> Security Tab 2. Remove the check from "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" 3. Then click OK on Apply and then click OK 4. You now should be able to open attachments Note: If you received a message with an attachment in it before you made the changes you will have to ask for the file to be re-sent to you from the sender.
