If mail that you want in your Inbox ends up in your quarantine instead, you can add that sender's email address to your whitelist. Future emails from whitelisted senders will then be delivered directly into your Inbox. There are two ways to add someone to your whitelist. The first is if the sender is currently in your quarantine:
1. Go to http://www.bmi.net and login. 2. Then click on the Webmail link at the top of the page and login again. 3. Click on the SpamFilter link at the top of the screen. 4. Place checks next to emails you wish to move to your Inbox. 5. Select "Deliver & Allow" from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the list. 6. Click the Submit button.
Use the following steps if you simply have an address you want to enter manually:
1. Go to http://www.bmi.net and login. 2. Then click on the Webmail link at the top of the page and login again. 3. Click on the SpamFilter link at the top of the screen. 4. Then click on the Allow & Block Lists link. 5. Type the address into the Allow list. 6. Click the Update Your Lists Now button at the bottom.
