1. Remove the Verizon connections from Network Connections. 2. Restart the computer. 3. Unplug the device. 4. Open VZ Access manager: Click Options -> Run Wizard. 5. When the wizard finishes: click Options -> Activation. If a device is not detecting, try multiple USB ports.
