DUN error 691 means that the our Radius (authentication) server thinks the username or password you submitted are incorrect. Reasons for this error include: typing errors, inactive accounts, missing domain ('@bmi.net' should be added to your username), your capslock key is on, or your account is currently in use. To solve this error, please take the following steps: Retype your login credentials, making sure that the username includes "@bmi.net" and that you are using the proper case (our servers are case-sensitive). If you are certain that your username and password are typed correctly, please call BMI at (800) 485-5006. We can look at the server logs to find out what the problem is.
