Many new users of the internet tend to have a hard time grasping the concept of downloading files. To understand how it works is the first step to be able to download files. What you are doing in copying a file from one computer to another through the Internet. Once the file is copied, it will remain on your computer until you delete it. It's the same concept as copying a file from a floppy disk onto your hard drive.

How do I know the file is downloadable? A downloadable file is usually listed as a link and it appears like this: Click here to download. Usually when you position your mouse pointer over a download link, it will tell you the file name at the bottom of the screen. example
